"Dead on arrival, somehow a happy ending"
The part showed up completely dead, which was a fun little surprise. But to their credit, they took care of it and got it fixed without making it a whole ordeal. Not exactly how I hoped things would start, but at least they made it right

"Ordering was easy"
The site was simple enough to use and checkout went smoothly, I did spend a little time going back and forth comparing options but once I decided what I wanted the whole ordering process was easy and I didn’t really run into any issues.

"Warranty was fine, just kinda short"
The warranty covers the basic stuff, which was nice, but I do wish it last longer. It feels okay overall, just a little limited if you’re hoping for more peace of mind.

"Return worked out, just took a bit"
Had to send back a PC part from iBUYPOWER and it went okay, just slower than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, but sometimes took a couple days. Got the refund after they received the part, so that was fine. Wish there were clearer updates along the way though. Worked out in the end, just not the smoothest return.

"I feel like I got a lot for..."
I feel like I got a lot for what I paid. I actually priced out the parts myself, and it came out close, except this way they built it for me too, which was a big plus. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but the PC runs great and definitely saved me the hassle. Seems like good value overall, right?

The PC runs fine overall, but once I start gaming, the temps climb higher than I’m comfortable with and the fans get loud quickly. For what I paid, I really expected better cooling, and I put that on the builder for not setting it up better out of the box. It’s usable, but I’m definitely a bit disappointed

"Good FPS, just not exactly flawless"
My iBUYPOWER PC handles most games well, and to be fair, the FPS in Fortnite and Warzone is solid. That said, it does get loud, which is always fun when you’re just trying to play a game. I’ve also had a few random stutters pop up after updates, because apparently smooth performance was too much to ask. Overall, it’s not bad for gaming, I just expected it to feel a little more polished.

"Cable management was, like, just okay"
The cable management was, I mean, kind of just okay. The wires were messy, like, not terrible or anything, but definitely not as neat as I was hoping.

"Updates could’ve been a bit better"
The PC arrived in good shape, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the order updates felt a little slow, maybe every so often when I expected to hear something I had to go check myself. Communication could’ve been clearer, but overall the PC itself was fine

"RMA ended up being painless"
I had to send my PC in for a repair, and I’ll admit I was expecting the whole RMA thing to be a hassle. I don’t think that was an unreasonable assumption either, since dealing with repairs and shipping usually means a lot of back and forth. But the process was simpler than I thought. Support answered the questions I had, everything was clear, and I got the PC back working fine. It did take a bit of time, but nothing that felt out of the ordinary. Overall, I’m happy with how it was handled

"Solid packaging, just a dinged-up box"
My PC from ibuypower.com showed up packed really well overall. The tower had foam around it, nothing inside seemed loose when I opened it, and the glass panel was totally fine, which was the part I was most worried about.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because the outside box had a dented corner and looked a little beat up. I reached out just to be safe, and support basically said that as long as there was no visible damage to the PC and everything was working, I should be good to go. They were right, it didn’t affect the computer at all, but it definitely made me nervous for a minute. Packaging itself was solid.

I ordered my PC from iBUYPOWER the build moved faster than I expected. I kept checking the status because I was excited, and it was nice to see it actually moving along instead of just sitting there for days.
Once the PC was finished, fulfillment went smoothly too. The shipping info came through quickly, and the computer showed up right around the date they had given me, which I really appreciated.
I’m only holding back from giving it 5 stars because some of the updates could have been a little clearer along the way. But overall, I had a good experience and I’m happy with how everything turned out

"Had a Mini Meltdown Over the Drivers"
The PC itself runs totally fine, so no complaints there, but wow, the drivers and software situation out of the box was way more annoying than I expected. I thought I’d be up and running right away, but instead I had to spend extra time fixing things and tracking down updates like I was solving some kind of tech mystery. Not the end of the world, obviously, but in the moment it felt like my whole evening had been hijacked.

The PC itself was totally fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took almost two weeks longer than they originally said. Kind of frustrating when you’re planning around that delivery window. Did anyone else have the same issue with shipping delays?

"Looks cool on my desk"
I set this up the other night thinking it would just be a small upgrade, but once the lights came on, it definitely made my setup look a lot cooler. The RGB is nice and adds some personality, though after a while I did feel like it was a bit much depending on the setting. Still, it gives the desk a fun vibe and I’m happy with how it looks overall

"Easy to Pick the Parts I Wanted"
I really liked how many component options they had. Swapping the CPU, GPU, and cooling was straightforward, and I didn’t feel lost while doing it (which happens a lot on other sites). The price changes were clear too, so I always knew what each upgrade was adding. Overall, it made choosing my build painless.

I reached out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me... just not as quickly as I’d hoped. It took a couple of days, and I ended up having to follow up once. That said, they were polite and helpful when they finally replied! Not a bad experience overall, but yeah, quicker responses would be better.

"Good PC, but the build could’ve been tidier"
The PC runs fine so far and the temps seem perfectly okay. My brother helped me get it set up, and we both noticed the cable management was a little messy and one of the side panels didn’t line up perfectly. Nothing was broken and it’s definitely usable, but for the price I was expecting the build to feel a bit cleaner. Overall, it does the job, but I’m not super impressed
